“Hôtel très sympa et lieu tres typique italien. Les chambres sont propres et calmes. Le petit déjeuner plutôt complet. Le restaurant est très bon avec des plats préparés et réfléchis. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. On y retourne sans hésitation.”

“The room had everything we needed, nice clean/modern bathroom, good bed. The dining experience was wonderful, the food was very good, breakfast and dinner. Staff was great and fun, and the owner is a pretty cool dude! The walking trail on the property, about a mile long, was very fun and weird and I loved it most of all. Great large outdoor area for lounging, reading, dining.”

“Easy to find, for one night stay is ok”

“It is next to the motorway but that didn't stop us sleeping. It is very basic but clean and friendly. We had a room at the top. Initially we are given an upgrade to a room with a sauna but someone had been smoking in it. After breakfast on two days we spent a lovely time on the terrace with me playing on my computer and my wfe painting. Not far the motorway! Served us well”

“Ottimo per un soggiorno bolognese”

“Wir waren hier für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Dafür war es in Ordnung. Die Aussicht ist großartig, das Zimmer war sauber aber ziemlich abgewohnt. Es gibt ein Minibar, in der es 2 Wasserflaschen gab ohne Gebühr. Es waren einige Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Frühstück war liebevoll. Man konnte sich Eier braten lassen und bekam dann wenn man wollte Kaffee, Toast, Wurst und Käse an den Tisch gebracht. Es gab eine kleine Auswahl Cornflakes, Obst, Saft, Marmelade/Nutella und einige italienische……

“L'hotel si trova in una zona comoda e vicina a Bologna, a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus e a qualche minuto a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, perfetto se si desidera andare in città senza auto. La struttura è tenuta molto bene e la camera era davvero molto spaziosa, pulita e in ordine. Colazione buona, onestamente non delle migliori provate, ma con una vasta scelta. Il personale secondo me è il punto di forza, estremamente gentili, disponibili e cordiali! Se proprio dobbiamo trovare……

“Very special”

“Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Eravamo in 5, siccome avevamo un Torneo di Softball allo Stadio Falchi, la location era comodissima. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla stadio. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata eccellente. Un ingresso con sala con un ampio tavolo, cucinino, due ampie camere da letto e un bagno. Due balconi sulle camere. In un contesto silenzioso circondato da un parco. Colazione al mattino con tutto ciò che serve, brioches, marmellate, succo fresco di arancia, yoghurt,……

“Perfekte Lage, um das historische Zentrum von Bologna zu Fuß zu entdecken. Tolle Bars, Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dennoch ruhig und mit grandiosem Ausblick. Sehr schönes Bad und neue Küche mit Top-Ausstattung. Betten sehr bequem und viel Stauraum fürs Gepäck. Raluca hat außerdem viele Tipps parat.”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”
