“This is an exceptional place, full of character. Thoughtfully appointed, immaculately clean and very quiet and comfortable. Carlo, the proprietor, was wonderful---friendly, very helpful and lots of fun to talk to . He even lugged our bags up to the apartment, which is on the top floor with a terrace and great view. If you want to talk to a "real" Italian, this is the place for you!
One word of warning: the Palazzo dates from the 15th century and has no lift , so the stairs are not for the……

“Lovely hotel in a great central location, less than a minutes walk from the Piazza but inside the hotel was peaceful. The staff were friendly, the rooms really spacious and the breakfast was great. Also a bonus that the Air Conditioning was fully controllable. I would highly recommend and stay there again! ”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”
