"The room was fantastic. It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff are amazing, kind, and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me with anything that I needed. It was such a relaxing stay. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful, modern and updated hotel. I can’t say enough about how beautiful the lobby and the room rooms are. "Apartment is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located in Viterbo. Beds were comfy, heat and water were great, amenities as described. The city is walkable and full of terrific restaurants. Shops are a little further and fewer but still present. Business hours in the city can be a little tricky but once you get the hang of it the place is marvelous. Host was fantastic and the added garage nearby really helped. Make sure you have a small vehicle. Would come back in a heartbeat!"

"Very clean room, good location. Quiet during the week and weekend with no street noise. Bed was very comfortable. Room was cleaned every day. Heated towel rack was a very nice touch. No shampoo just bar soap for toiletries. "
