"The staff at residence Diaz was amazing! They went out of their way to make out check in fast and easy and communication with them was consistent and good. After our stay I privately mentioned that blackout curtains would be a good addition to the bedroom and immediately received a reply thanking me for my input and assuring me that would be done. The location couldn’t be better. It is close to shops and restaurants and an easy walk to the lakefront area. We enjoyed our stay there very much."

"The location is perfect! Steps from the ferry, funicullar, church, everything! The bed is uncomfortable and bathroom is so poorly designed that we always had water on the floor after showers. The entrance is awkward. It is very noisy when other inhabitants move around."
