奥鲁姆精选 - 科莫套房
10/10 优秀
"Our stay here was exceptional from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, situated just minutes away from major local attractions and dining options, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, featuring a remarkably comfortable bed and an abundance of natural light that made it feel like a true oasis. What really set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding staff. Every team member we encountered was genuinely warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their exceptional hospitality made our trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!"

"Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."

"The staff Juliet is helpful!the room is big and the surroundings are quiet.we used the garage and the packing is not easy cause the gate is not big.overall the place is good and safe."
