「We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. We couldn't recommend it enough. 5* Thanks for looking after us (Mark and Lottie Dougill & Chris and Sarah Platt). See you next time. Ciao」

「Struttura molto bella e curata in ogni dettaglio; la camera era un vero e proprio appartamento con ampi spazi, eccellente la pulizia. Posizione ottima in pieno centro a pochi passi dal lago e a cinque minuti a piedi da un ampio parcheggio coperto. Ottima anche l’accoglienza e il check in, abbiamo tardato rispetto all’ora di arrivo prevista e sono stati molto gentili nell’attenderci. Consigliamo vivamente.」

「There were definitely some quirks to the property. There was water on the floor after using both the bath and the shower, and they did not have extra pillows on the property. The attendants were kind and helpful but not always around. If you’re used to front desk service, this may not be your place. However, for savvy travelers who want a huge room, centrally located, with a view that can’t be beat- this is it!」
