“This property well exceeded our expectations”

“The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. It was something to remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this hotel if you have enough budget and want the top of the top of the top.”

“Very new and clean hotel with friendly staff, showing you the places to go nearby and restaurants”

“Very old building but perfectly fine if you don’t believe in ghosts”

“Excellent place to stay! Great service from the owners. Wonderful breakfast, clean modern rooms. Great attention to detail”

“We had a lovely stay at the Goose House. Very clean and had everything provided. The air con was a life saver in the summer heat. Fantastic location and a gelateria opened next door during our stay which was an added bonus! Tip - The street is quite noisy at night and in the morning, ear plugs are provided but would suggest bringing your own if you have a good set.”

“Staff (a lady) at restaurant was super kind and friendly:) location is also awesome right next to duomo ”

“The property was well maintained and in a central location but the rooms are small. Our room had a terrace facing the breakfast area. After 3am it became very noisy and smelly with the breakfast preparation. The staff were very helpful.”

“Couldn’t fault anything perfect location helpful staff and lovely quirky room”

“For a small hotel, this has the feeling of a large luxury resort. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcomed and at home. I was truly so pleasantly surprised by this place and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the beautiful Lake Como. No need for water views; this hotel has everything you could ever want.”

“Property is newly remodeled and each room is unique. Lana and Sarah at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is small and in a great location not far from the duomo. We were able to walk to the train and ferry stations. There are great restaurants within walking distance and we found a bistro close by that had fabulous breakfasts. Only issue is that our room faced the main street and you could hear loud conversations from the bar across the way until about 1:00 am on the……

“Large clean room, great location and fabulous breakfast offering at a local restaurant 50 yards away.”

“Claudia was very helpful for our early check out. ”

“Excellent location - 10 mins walk from the rail station, easy to find, close to the pier, shops and restaurants; new and stylish furnishing; impeccably clean; friendly staff; good breakfast; quiet for good sleep!”
