“We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if……

“Very well designed property, very attentive staff. The location was perfect - walking distance to Toledo street, Toledo metro, as well as the port to catch the ferry and Municipal square. Might get a bit noisy at night but the earplugs came in handy. Had a small electrical issue with the room which was resolved quickly but I was able to check in early when I arrived so everything balanced out in the end. Diego was amazing and an excellent communicator. I would stay here again!”

“Annunziata the owner is a lovely lady and welcomed me and my family to the property. We had an enjoyable and pleasant stay and would recommend single, couples, and families to come visit and stay. “We used this property as our first and last night in Italy. Worked well for our travel in and out of Naples. Anna was extremely accommodating and friendly. The property itself was in a great spot for getting on the train to Sorrento (Although we did have to take two different ones). Lots of cafes and shopping. ”

“This hotel is phenomenal! Gennaro and Flavio, the hosts, welcomed us warmly. The apartment given to us was very spacious, so much so that it fit four of us comfortably. It’s very modern and clean, and the AC works perfectly well, especially on hot summer days. It’s close to everything! We were able to walk to the port, historic center, and other attractions. The attention to detail is admirable, Gennaro and Flavio were amazing hosts. We’d definitely stay here again!”
