“We had a lovely stay at this countryside property, about an hour from Rome. It’s very close to the highway, and parking is available inside the property, which made getting around easy. Despite the convenient location, it feels peaceful and rural—a comfortable place to get a good night’s sleep. This isn’t a luxury stay. The facilities are older, with the rustic character you’d expect from a farm. Breakfast is simple, with morning coffee and toast. What made our stay special was the people: they……

“I liked the property but it was hard to get a taxi. If you have your own car it would be a great place to stay. There is no place to eat dinner either so definitely need to have a car.”

“Absolutely beautiful stay. Can't beat the view of the property and room. Only an hour bus ride/drive to the center of Rome. It is a bit of a hike to get to and from the place, so I wouldn't recommend it for individuals with disabilities, nor do I recommend packing more than 1 large suitcase. The host was amazing, very polite and informative and the daily breakfast consisted of homemade and fresh croissants and other pastries. I highly recommend this place if you don't mind a nice hike as the……

“Excellent views, new renovation and well kept. Shower area a bit small. Others are superb!!”

“Nice room and great location to the airport shuttle.”

“Ospitalità e servizio impeccabili. Ci tornerò di sicuro. ”

“The room was lovely. A few problems—there was only one light switch for all 5 lights, there was no coffee table nor extra chair in the ‘living rm’ space, TV orientated to the bed. A major issue was no coffee maker in the room. A difficulty with the location is that there is no transportation except very expensive taxis/Uber cars to get to Tivoli and surrounding sites.”
