“Muito bom, atendimento da Viktoriya foi excelente, quarto e banheiros limpos, cama boa, banheiro grande e não é uma banheira o box, água e coca do frigobar eram gratuitos, localização boa perto de um ponto de ônibus e do VLT.
A porta de entrada não é tão evidente, mas exatamente como nas fotos, porta grande de madeira e pra entrar é só clicar no botão com o nome do hotel e depois subir no andar informado.
Não tem atendente 24 hrs, mas você fica com as chaves, bem tranquilo.

“Our 3 night stay at the Palazzo Roma was wonderful. It started off with Oliver reaching out through WhatsApp the day before check in to see if we needed transfer from the airport.
We were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco and shown to our room promptly. One of the staff recommended restaurant options near the hotel and helped us make reservations.
The hotel itself was beautiful. It’s in a building from the 17th century. Had a number of salons and rooms to relax in. A la carte……

“This hotel is pure luxury with ousting and super friendly stuff. We were well taken care of, we were helped when we needed to and everyone always had a big smile on their faces.
We only ate breakfast in the hotel but selection was good and service even better. Bed was very comfortable and I really loved the pillows and the quality of the bedding. You will get all five star hotel treatment if you stay there. We booked the suite so we had a space for our 17 year old son. He stayed in the living……

“Great rooms! Everything is brand new and room is large compared to other places we stayed in Italy. Location is great with a bus line to any major attraction within a 3-4 minute walk. Owner was super helpful with self check-in direction, gave great directions to get to the rooms, and even helped book a taxi back to the airport.”

“The hotel is more of a guest house but with hotel service . It’s tucked away in a small street nice and quiet . It’s so central to everything in Rome, we didn’t need to use Taxis or trains at all. There are loads of nice restaurants within 5 to 10 mins walk and I mean loads. The staff were super helpful and friendly and although the reception is actually in the sister hotel round the corner , any time we needed something they use WhatsApp and reply instantly. "IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
