“Authentic farmbouse with stunning Tuscany views. Peaceful beautiful region of Tuscany. Montefollonico had a decent small friendly grocery store and pharmacy is a short drive away. There are lots of towels and blankets. It was cold upon arrival and took a while to warm up the house as the heat was off likely for a few days at least. There is a charge for heat and hydro and the caretaker actually comes back out to read the meters and inspect the house. This was a bit of surprise and had never……

“Our family of 11 stayed at the villa in early June. The owner and manager of the property were available and very helpful. The Villa was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the pool. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful view. Grocery and small shopping mall very close. Easy access to the towns in Tuscany. Highly recommended!”

Certaines choses sont très compétitives aux niveaux tarifs et d'autres un peu excessifs. Le complexe et super, on sait très bien senti en famille et même des couples se se sentiront bien. She has exquisite taste and knows everyone and everything surrounding the property. She helped us get to the best butcher, and arrange the tours that truly made our trip magical. “We had 8 people, 4 sisters and our adult daughters. The Villa was big enough to easily accommodate us. It was the perfect location to stay while venturing out to all the cities and towns that we wanted to see. The train to Florence was only 15 minutes away and it was a quick 1.5 hours to the most beautiful city in the world. The host, Raffaelle, is on property a lot. “We had a super nice holiday at this villa. The house is lovely. The kitchen had everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels and extra towels for at the pool. The covered dining area was a perfect place for family meals. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside and the beautiful setting of the villa.”

“Two friends - ages 70+ - decided to escape to Tuscany. Villa Nobile was the destination. Everything about it was magical, especially the grounds and astounding views. We savored every moment. The only slight disappointment was that walking to Montepulciano was very challenging on narrow, dusty roads. Fortunately, we had a car that eased our journey.
