「Booked a “Superior” room and they gave us a broom closet. We were supposed to have twin beds, but they gave us a king. Housekeeping then converted it into two twin beds pressed up against one another. Not like the photos at all (or my prior stay at the hotel). Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. 「Das gebuchte Zimmer verfügte über keinen Balkon, jedoch war ein dekorativer "Fake-Balkon" vorhanden. Leider war es uns aufgrund der Höhe von ca. 3 Metern nicht möglich, das Fenster zu öffnen oder zu schließen, weshalb es permanent geöffnet blieb. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte alle zwei Tage und war stets tadellos.
