Family time in Palermo

Villa Nice was perfect for us. We were so happy to host a pizza night with cousins from Palermo on our last night. The house is huge! Francesco was wonderful. Very responsive and friendly.

Lots of room in great neighborhood

Property was huge with lots of room - bathrooms good size but showers are quite small Bedrooms good size with comfortable beds Mondello can get windy so there is a lot of "natural" noises from the wind (and shutters can bang) Lovely terraces. SUPER location and convenient to everything. On site parking! Overall great location and value for money!

Spacious villa, amazing views, close to store, beach, restaurants and bus station. Host was lovely, responsive and helpful. Beds were a little hard, but doable. Bring a wine opener! There wasn’t one in the house or to buy at the store.

Nice beach town close to Palermo

We were 3 couples; very spacious house, walking distance to grocery store and beach. Parking very accessible. Amenities in house need updating e.g. towels are very worn out, several light bulbs out, shower upstairs had no hot water. Not really enough glassware and dishes for size of group.

Very good in every way but needs upgrading.

This vrbo had plenty of space for the four of us (two couples) with a great location and incredible views. Our host, Francesco, was very attentive and professional and for our initial foray into Sicily (and our initial two nights) this place suited our needs. Overall, however, the place could use a few (OK, more than a few) repairs and upgrades. Ironically the owner could readily command a much higher rental fee if these were pursued!?

Great location in Mondello

Overall the property fit all of our needs. It was located in a great area of Mondello to where you could access the beach and restaurants quickly. The view was amazing! The place was outdated, but VERY clean and has everything you need. On the weekends especially, the parking lot was used as a hangout for local kids who hung out on their motorcycles and drove the parking lot all night long. No one bothered you, it was just loud and obnoxious. The host was great and responded very quickly to any question or recommendation we had. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Mondello area.

Very large house, well worth the price, stayed for 35 days, 7 to 9adults, and traveled to all major citys in Sicillia. close to all activities and food marts. Puplic transport to Palermo is efficient. Wifi was for max 3 users at a time but who cares. Used the All trail app and found many hiking trails.The only negative was the noise in a nearby parking lot on saturday nights. And in Sicilly people do not pick after their dogs and the garbage removal sucks.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Tolle Meersicht auf Mondello. Zu Fuß in 5 Min. am Strand und diversen tollen Lokalen mit gutem Essen. Francesco und seine Schwester haben sich gut um uns gekümmert. Die Beschreibung für das Haus passt. 5 vollwertige Schlafzimmer für 5 Paare. Die Ausstattung der Küche hat noch Luft nach oben. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Perfect Mondello Villa

The was perfect for our group of 8. Very spacious and well appointed. The roof top deck was a big hit. Not sure if we’ll make it back to Mondello but if we do would definitely stay here again. Grazie Mille!
