「The owner are helpful, have clear instructions on how to store the bags before the checking in process. But as a reminder, it is having NO lift there, you have to carry the baggage manually to the upstairs. Overall speaking, worth to stay there」

「A LOT of stairs (3rd floor and at least 6 flights of stairs to navigate) to carry luggage (no elevator) Went there Especially for the spa bath which DID NOT work. IT Took Literally 20 minutes to get hot water flowing to bath then another HOUR Plus to finally fill the bath - to then find it did not even work! Only ONE Roll of toilet paper (already started before us) for two people. Promised anything we want for breakfast with coffee from bakery over road…. We then discovered they have NO coffee...

「Honestly this was a strange experience. We provided our documents and received check in information via email and had absolutely no in person contact with anyone- tiny trash cans for a three night stay that were never emptied, my group did the dishes for all of the guests two of the three days because they were piled up in the sink and the coffee machine ran out of milk the second morning and was never refilled. The pastries for breakfast were only partially replenished and there was random...

「If the Palermo Centrale railway station is your transportation hub then this B&B is your number one choice. It will only takes you 5 minutes walking from the b&b to the station. Like their name, it is white and clean but our room is quite small and no good view. Staff is nice and helpful. The place is on the second floor, if you are not strong enough to carry your luggages up the stairs then it might not be the place for you. 」

「This is a small independent hotel nicely located near the Palermo airport. Their free shuttle service for a 6am flight was extremely helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a super comfy mattress. And the dinner of delicious roasted pork and Sicilian wine topped off the stay. Highly recommended.」

「Plaide frank Sinatra all day until 11 pm on a loop next too our room. They charged me twice As much and promised a 30 percent discount on my stay when I should them proof of a room identical for 1/2 the same night. Never did honored my discount, they said we will email you. Never did.」
