“If the Palermo Centrale railway station is your transportation hub then this B&B is your number one choice. It will only takes you 5 minutes walking from the b&b to the station. Like their name, it is white and clean but our room is quite small and no good view. Staff is nice and helpful. The place is on the second floor, if you are not strong enough to carry your luggages up the stairs then it might not be the place for you. ”

“leider ist die unterkunft nicht so wie auf den bildern angegeben, die lage ist auch relativ blöd, da direkt neben an eine spielhalle ist und von morgens bis abends viele alkoholisierte Männer da sind! Außerdem hat die Unterkunft viele spezielle Regeln, wir wollten extra eine Unterkunft mit Küche, dennoch muss man Strafen zahlen wenn man etwas riechendes kochen tut oder am Ende nicht alles super sauber ist! In unserer Decke war ein kleines loch was relativ komisch war sowie haben die Putzfrauen……

On aurait aimé un peu plus d’équipement dans la cuisine (égouttoir à vaisselle, torchon, passoire, verres à eau). Une personne vient faire le ménage tous les jours, par contre il y avait pas mal de poussière par endroit.”

“Honestly this was a strange experience. We provided our documents and received check in information via email and had absolutely no in person contact with anyone- tiny trash cans for a three night stay that were never emptied, my group did the dishes for all of the guests two of the three days because they were piled up in the sink and the coffee machine ran out of milk the second morning and was never refilled. The pastries for breakfast were only partially replenished and there was random……

“TV didn’t work - nobody replied when I informed them. The room faces the train station and a busy road - do not expect to get any sleep. Was a necessity for a cancelled flight due to Etna eruption with an early start.”

“Hotel is in bad area, smelled like smoke. You can smoke in room, but on small balcony , which does get into bedding etc…Also bathroom is detached from room.”

“Amazing hotel with five-star hospitality. The reception staff are all very friendly and they gave us unlimited refill of water and soda drinks given the hot weather.”
