「Its all about the people, i will come back!」

「The hotel is in a nice area within walking distance to many restaurants. Approximately 20 mins to train station and ferry. Rooms are quite large, clean and updated. Very comfortable beds. Bathrooms were spacious, however, the hot water was limited. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We were able to check into our rooms early and they arranged private transport to the airport. Depending on where your room is located, noise could be an issue. Our room was located near the main entrance...

「交通方便，去中央火車站搭乘巴士路缐班次均多，距離也近，僅需約10分鐘車程。去Palermo 城內古蹟景點也很近，附近飯店也多，價格合理。飯店附的早餐菜色雖不是太多，但品質很好。」

「Lindo hotel cerca del puerto, Una gran habitación dentro de un edificio histórico. Mejorar el internet sería lo mejor que puediera pasarle a los viajeros」

「Breakfast was continental style, owner very friendly and helpful, location great, restaurants close by. Enjoyed our stay」

「Daniele (owner) is very friendly and accommodative. Great location, easy to navigate.」

「A good postion in town but extremely noisy on the Friday night. Kettle didn't work, code to enter the property didn't work and the sad little sachet of shampoo/body wash provided was a joke. We had to go and buy soap. Worst of all , the host insisted we pay cash for the city tax even though as travellers we had none. We were expected to go find an ATM. Ridiculous in this day and age.」

「Our bright and impeccably clean room had modern amenities, good Wifi, air conditioning, a comfortable king sized bed, a balcony for two, coffee and tea makers and a small refrigerator stocked with water. The virtual lobby was a breeze to navigate, and our host was available so quickly when we had questions. Located steps from Via Maqueda and Teatro Massimo, everything was walkable!」

「This is NOT a hotel! It is not even a B&B since it does not offer any breakfast or coffee (no restaurant or room service is available onsite and the alcohol bar was closed during our stay). The reception desk is open only during the day and you are expected to let yourself in and out to the 10th floor without any staff assistance using one of two very busy tiny elevators (2 people max) which are servicing all other floors as well. The building houses other offices/businesses on the floors below...

「Wir sind von dem Aufenthalt in Palermo sehr angetan. Die Lage von unserer Unterkunft, unser Gastgeber Salvo, die Unterkunft im Ganzen waren unbeschreiblich schön. Unser Gastgeber war sehr bemüht und stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir waren wirklich mehr als zu zufrieden und würden die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft und die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und die herzliche Art von unserem Gastgeber Salvo von Herzen weiterempfehlen.
