Turn right out the front door and walk a few blocks and you are there! Also, Brenda was very responsive and overly patient. The property is like an apartment on the side of the homeowner’s residence, with a separate entrance. It has a very modern look and is well stocked with all of the essentials. 「We absolutely loved this home. It is in Fruita, just outside of Grand Junction, but an easy 15 minute drive into GJ. It is in a nice new subdivision. The home is new and very clean with nice decor. It had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and we loved the game room. Will definitely stay again.」
