“Decent and clean property and helpful staff when we checked in last night. However upon seeing the poor cleanliness of our room, floors, lamps, tv stand, bathroom floor, toilet, bed and bedding , our opinion changed. It was as if the room hadn’t been used or cleaned in a long time and had moisture issues since the lamps were all dirty and rusty. The tv stand was pulled away from the wall and remote was gross. Carpet has crumbs and debris all over as well as the bathroom floor tile and toilet……

“Unfortunately the pool screening was missing in roof and the pool had bugs along with outdoor seating area. One thing i look for in a rental is enclosed pool. Had to know about it as screen was no where to be seen.Washing machine does not work properly. Also something they should have known. Dont they wash the linens there.Handle on sliding door to get to pool also broken.This was my second time at this property this year and it needs some fixes. I will probably look elsewhere next trip.”

“The host was very helpful but there were issues the moment we walked through the door. Not enough towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bath for 8 people, alarm system going off, and dishes were dirty. Nothing to wash kitchen items with (sponge) Super kid friendly thankfully. Playpen which was needed was broken. Pool issues but host agreed to refund fee charges for heating as pool company had to come out to fix. ”

“Clean room and friendly staff. Beds on the very firm side with small square pillows more appropriate for decor than sleeping. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors and limited breakfast hours. Good location. ”

“Inflexible in handling things. No consideration for guests. The breakfast space is too small. Too many diners to enjoy breakfast”
