“We stayed in the Junior Suite Oceanfront, and the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. The balcony chairs and cushions were very dirty, the coffee machine didn't work, and the refrigerator never got cold enough to keep drinks chilled. The hallways outside our room also frequently smelled like marijuana. We had lunch at Tula while family was visiting, and the service was a bit disappointing. Our……

“The suite was excellent, huge and very clean. The staff was top notch. Food was excellent at all the restaurants. The bar tenders were the best. Thanks Remy! The coral reef in front of the hotel had lots of fish to see. If I had to complain about something, it would be all the seaweed on the beach. It was sea turtle egg laying season. So they could not clean off the beach. Overall the stay was great. Definitely recommend.”

“The room had an air conditioning problem so they moved me to another property. The room was in upgrade but the place was missing a swimming pool which was something I really like. The room was clean but the dishes and pots and pans were very dirty as was the freezer. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was in the bedroom and you had to have it on maximum in order some of the cold would get out into the living room and the kitchen. They really need to invest in a fan in that place. The……

“Our room was beautiful. Clean. I loved having the dishes coffee pot tea and fridge. The microwave was a huge help. Breakfast was free with a very nice selection. The pool was clean and a nice size. Towels were privided and i used the well equipped gym while i did laundry! Soap was free. The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgable. Thank you Melanie for being kind enough to allow a later check out!”

“Everything was wonderful with the reception of forced valet parkings fees. $50 a day in resort fees plus valet daily with no self parking option is not acceptable.”
