Located only a short 5 minutes drive from downtown El Paseo that offers the best shopping and restaurants in the desert. Lots of outdoor activities within minutes including; hiking, biking, tennis, golf, and swimming.

Our newly remodeled home is a single story property equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 Baths.

The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed and large shower with direct access to the pool and spa. The entire house is decorated to suit the mid-century modern design!

This home is equipped with a fully renovated kitchen with state of the art appliances. The living room features a big screen LED HDTV with large sliding glass doors opening to the east facing patio and pool with a barbecue. Pool heat is an additional charge of $100.00/day. If you are interested in heating the pool, please contact me with this request prior to your stay. A deposit must be paid prior to use of the heating equipment. If you have questions about the pool/spa heating please feel free to contact me.

Travelers will not have access to the garage.

We will meet and greet all guests upon arrival, to ensure they have all the information needed to enjoy the fabulous property. Managers will be available by phone anytime day or night.

Lastly, any equipment failures that occur during your stay will not result in any form of a refund. Example, if the WIFI/Cable TV or pool heater goes down, you will not receive a discount. This a private house and we are reliant on outside vendors to repair any issues. If anything is not working properly, contact me immediately, and I will do my best to resolve the problem as quick as possible. With that being said, we do not experience these problems with the property very often because as we conduct routine maintenance between renters.
