Comfortable condo for a 3 week stay.
Clean, light & bright, with a good interior layout. Located in the Ironwood community which is quiet and well located. The view out the sliding doors was to a green common space that led up to the pool area. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all necessary amenities. Great main bath shower pressure! Slept well and had a positive stay.

Everything was outstanding. All the supplies and kitchen utensils you could ask for. Loved the bbq. Excellent location and condo is in great shape. This was our second stay and we have already booked our third.

A very good 2 BR Condo
We very much enjoyed staying here and wanted to return next year but it was already booked. The unit was clean and generally well equipped. We particularly liked the king beds in each bedroom, the convenient location near the Ironwood entrance, and the patio with western exposure. The owner was very responsive to some comments, exceeding our expectations. We noticed some items that were showing signs of wear, but at the same time, a slightly sticky screen door that was not a concern to us, was replaced during our stay. Dining facilities are essentially limited to four.

Fantastic!
This was by far the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The location is in a beautiful quiet area of Palm Desert yet close to dining and shopping. The condo was very clean, well furnished with quality furniture. The beds were very comfortable, I slept so well every night! The patio is so lovely, right off the pool, yet felt very private. We are looking forward to our next vacation in Palm Desert and will definitely try to book here again.

Ideal tennis vacation getaway
Excellent tennis vacation in the Ironwood CC. with easy access to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Our condo was perfect with the most comfortable king-sized beds! Updated bathrooms, comfortable furnishings and well-stocked kitchen. Steps to the pool and such beautiful surroundings. Great communication with the property managers. Highly recommend this condo for one or two couples.

Our experience staying in Ironwood was PERFECT!!
This property was just what we needed. It was clean, private, well-stocked and relaxing. We enjoyed the mountain views, sparkling pool and surroundings. Mary and Laura were very accommodating, helpful, and easy to contact. We can't wait to return!!

Property & Owner are Terrific!
Rather than "bury the lead," as they say, the summary is that we will return to the property. It's just as advertised with a very well appointed kitchen stocked with a little bit of everything you might need, two lovely, comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bath, a terrific back patio & firepit just steps from the pool, & all in a beautiful, secure development. And the owner is just wonderful.

Owner cancelled day of stay
We booked the property instant book the previous day afternoon. We reached out to see if early check in was an option just after booking. We finally received a response the morning of the stay with a cancellation. Owner said they do not accommodate bookings less than a week. I said no problem, what is the weekly price. She said it was not available and the unit was already occupied. This put us in a horrible situation and told us to look elsewhere. It should not be available for an instant book, beware of this owner.

Fun place to stay
The owners responded to all of our needs immediately when we contacted them. The mountain view is outstanding from the rear patio which goes directly out to the community pool and spa. It met all of our needs. We golfed at Ironwood Country Club which has 2 beautiful courses, rode our bikes and hiked all around the area.

Highly disappointing
Issues we experienced during our 1 month stay. 1. Air conditioning - the air conditioning was NOT the same temperature throughout or had the same air flow. One bedroom did NOT have cool air blowing. We had to setup a fan at the doorway in order for it to draw cool air from the hallway and blow into the bedroom. The kitchen was excessively cold while the rest of the home was slightly cooler. 2. Electrical/Lighting - The covered driveway had 3 of the 4 bulbs burnt out so it was dark. The patio DID NOT have any lighting whatsoever. My husband checked and the bulbs were removed and checked to be good.......the electrical ensemble did not work. We raised this issue to the owners twice and twice they said they would look after it....NOT. We did not use the patio at night because it was too dark....candles did not work. 3. FALSE Ad on washer and dryer - The washer and dryer are MINIATURE units and NOT standard size. To give you an idea on how miniature they are, the washer can ONLY fit 1 bedding sheet at a time or 2 standard size towels. It took me 1 full day to do 2 SETS (4 sheets) bedding and pillowcases separate. There was no backup bedding so I had to wait until everything was washed and dried to makeup the beds. 4. Cleanliness - when we arrived the unit looked clean; however, 2 toilets were missed being cleaned. The Patio furniture/deck was excessively dirty/dusty. You could tell that the patio/furniture was not cleaned in a while. We asked the owners to get us a hose so that my husband could rinse off the furniture and deck floor. 5. Supply/stocking - this is NOT a well stocked unit. Although it had plates, cups, glasses - NO mixing bowls, NO toaster, No bake-ware, food stuck to 3 of the 4 frying pans w. I had to compromise and use a large cooking pot to mix up my salad fixings. The utensils should be replaced. OVERALL - this unit is just OKAY for a short-term stay (max 1 week). Longer stays require loads of laundry and using the kitchen to its full potential which this unit does not support comfortable. The interior is just okay and site photos are better than in person.....needs work. Not once did the owner call to checkup on our stay (avoiding us because of our raised issues were not looked after). Would NOT RECOMMEND as there are far better choices for the price.

Palm Desert Getaway
We had an amazing time staying at this property. It was nicely furnished and was very spacious for 4 people. Jerry was an amazing host who really ensured that everything with the property was perfect and he would answer any questions right away. We enjoyed the pool outside. Comfort and Relaxation!
We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It is clean and very comfortable. The beds feel like you are sleeping on a cloud! Everything was smooth and easy from check in to check out, and Jerry was very kind and informative. We loved the outdoor patio area with fire pit and couches that are only a few steps from the pool.
