The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

My wife and I spent considerable time at this home (over 2 months). Overall this home was in 'good working condition'. We had some initial issues with the TV's but the home owner (not the property manager) took care of it right away. This home has no area rugs so the sound (tv, voices, kitchen noices etc etc) bounces around like a ping-pong ball. The ensuite bathroom does not have a door, so no privacy. In addition there is no area rug in the bedroom either so again, the sounds from the bathroom (shower, sink, toilet flushing) all very easy to hear and disrupts anyone watching tv or reading. The balcony furniture was un-usable due to the glass table top was broken in a recent storm and was not replaced. What surprises me the most was we did not hear from anyone at Royal Vacation Homes the entire time we were there... no follow-up, no check in 'how are you doing?', nothing whatsoever! I felt this was unprofessional. Felt like once they had my $$ no need to follow up!
