Palm spring golf and tennis

Condo is very very dated,dirty,furniture should be thrown out as it is all worn out and very uncomfortable.

Needs a lot of TLC

We had numerous complaints about the unit and we felt significant upgrades needed to be made. We left a lengthy list of upgrades that need to be made to make it even rentable. Unfortunately the rent we paid for a budget unit was way too much. Very disappointed
