Beautiful Pool and Spa

We found the facility very clean and the property manager very responsive. It's a beautiful home with some mountain view, adjacent to excellent jogging and biking paths, and near grocery stores. Because it's on a busy street, it was not ideal for us as the traffic noise happens to bother me at night. We were not there alot during the day, but the pool and spa at night were a blast.

Perfect backyard oasis!

The entire property was exactly as advertised (if not better!) but the absolute highlight was the large, private backyard and luxurious pool/spa. The hosts were very friendly and communicative, and even dropped off cookies for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again. Note: while it did not bother our group, the property is located on a busy street so there is some minor traffic noise. However, the hosts provided noise cancelling machines in the bedrooms. The noise was minimal so we did not use them, but appreciated the option.

Fun field weekend

Had a very memorable weekend with my family. The home was perfect for my family of 6. Could have not ask for more. We enjoyed roaming around Palm Springs while my kids went to Coachella. The house has all that we need. The pool with the mountains and Palm trees backdraft we picture perfect. We will come again sometime soon.

Perfect house for my birthday

I am recovering from a knee surgery and decided to rent a house with 4 other girlfriends for my birthday. This property could not be any more perfect. Check in was seamless; management was kind and easy to reach and the house was perfect. We spent alot of time in the pool which was sizable. Several of my friends commented on the uniqueness of it having a 7 ft deep end which is rare but appreciated by tall folks. The kitchen came completely stocked! Yes the house is off Sunrise Highway but we had no problems backing out of the garage and Ubers easily stopped to pick us up/drop us off. I will definitely stay here again!

Great weekend getaway

Overall the house met our expectations based on the online profile. Beds and bedrooms were as advertised, beds and furniture were comfortable, common areas are spacious, kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc., and the backyard is spacious with lots of seating area and a large pool and small hot tub. The house is also located close to the Tahquitz River which has a nice walking trail (good if you are bringing dogs), and is only a few minutes drive from downtown PS. The property mgmt company was also very helpful and responsive on the day of arrival and later when we asked for some fans to help with the summer heat. A few items to be aware of that might turn off some people: showers are small, especially in the shared bathroom; the house is located on a main arterial street so getting out of the driveway with a car can be challenging and traffic noise does filter into the house; and the living room has a wall of west facing windows with no coverings that would likely be nice most of the year, but resulted in the AC not being able to keep up in the afternoons (we visited during the July 2023 heat wave w/ temps as high as 118 so this was likely unusual). But we would gladly stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.
