Wallpaper Care: To preserve wallpaper integrity, please avoid using tape or adhesive materials. Damages will be the guest’s responsibility.

Pets: Pet-friendly with a $200 fee for up to two pets. Pets must not enter the pool or spa, and owners must clean up after them, if accessive hair is left behind from pet extra cleaning fee will be charged.



Keyless Entry: No physical keys needed; you’ll receive a code for entry.



Security Cameras: Includes Ring Doorbell and exterior garage cameras for added security.



Extended Stay Policy:

Guests planning to stay for more than 28 days are required to submit a refundable deposit of $2,000. A utility allowance of $350 is provided; any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the security deposit, and corresponding bills will be provided for verification. Additionally, cleaning services will be scheduled every 15 days during your extended stay. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.



Management Meeting: The property manager will meet you within the first 24 hours to review local regulations and provide information.



Pool and Spa: Private saltwater pool and spa available. Pool heating is optional ($100 per night); spa heating is complimentary.



Amenities Provided: High-quality linens, bath and pool towels, fully stocked kitchen, and starter consumable supplies. No cooking sprays/oils or pool floaties are provided.



Package Shipping: Not recommended to ship directly to the home. Please feel free to contact us for help if needed.



Entertainment: Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi available.



Pests: Monthly pest control in place. Keep doors and windows closed and clean up food remnants to avoid pests.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Splash of Ink, please adhere to the following city ordinances and property guidelines:



- **Noise and Music Restrictions:** Our neighborhood prioritizes peace and quiet. There must be NO MUSIC OR EXCESSIVE NOISE audible from outside the property at any time. This includes loud conversations, yelling, or disturbances, particularly around the pool area. Violations may result in a fine of up to $1,000 and immediate eviction by Come Fly with Me Management, with no refund provided. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a tranquil environment for all guests and neighbors.



- **Parking Regulations:** As you are in a residential area, please limit the number of vehicles to a maximum of three on-site. If additional parking is needed, kindly inform us before your booking to make necessary arrangements.



- **Personal Belongings:** Ensure you take all personal items with you upon checkout. Come Fly with Me is not responsible for any belongings left behind, which may be lost, damaged, or stolen.



- **Occupancy Rules:** If our security company reports potential over-occupancy, guests may be asked to leave the property without a refund.



**Local Regulations:** In compliance with local laws, you will be contacted by a Splash of Ink representative within the first 24 hours of arrival to review and acknowledge these policies. They will also be available to answer any questions you may have about the property.
