There's also a large sparkling community pool and a spa on the property, as well as two lighted tennis courts, available for guests.

This bright and modern contemporary retreat was featured in Atomic Ranch Magazine (Spring, 2022), as well as Modernism Week (2025), and has been renovated to offer everything you could want from a vacation condo for Palm Springs living. It has been decorated in classic mid-century vintage and new retro furnishings without sacrificing modern-day amenities such as free WiFi, a smart TV with streaming cable channels and apps, a clock radio with USB charging ports, and a Bose stereo with bluetooth connectivity so you can play your own tunes.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
