We had a great time!

We stayed at Neil's property for three nights this past weekend and had a wonderful stay. A lot of space, convenient location to the pools, and comfortable beds. Would rent this location again!

Great Place to Stay

Very clean place. Quick walk to La Quinta Resort. Neal was great to deal with and this place is located well in the Legacy complex. I would definitely recommend this place.

Family friendly, relaxing, beautiful

Such a beautiful condo, had everything we needed. The pool was so perfect for the 4 kids (all 4 and under). Legacy villas was so beautiful and peaceful- right near the mountains but so close to stores/restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Loved this place, very clean and comfy beds. Lived having my coffee on the patio in the mornings.

Everything was great! Very easy from beginning to end. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and having our morning coffee.

Very spacious, clean and fun.

The condo was much bigger than I had imagined with beautiful decor throughout. The location was perfect - right next to a pool and 3 min walking distance away from the main pool. Definitely the best bang for your buck, and perfect for staying with friends and family. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect Mother Daughter Weekend Getaway

We rented this unit for our annual mother-daughter weekend and it worked out perfectly. The house had plenty of room for the eight of us, the kitchen has everything we needed and the facility was really nice. The whole process from booking to checkout was easy and seamless. I would highly recommend this rental unit.

Relaxing Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay and are already trying to figure out how we can get back. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved cooking meals in the kitchen and BBQing on the patio. We also loved all of the pool options on the property, especially the salt water pool just right outside our door. Our stay was peaceful on the quiet property and just what we needed. We can't wait to return!

Perfect!

Condo is exactly like the photos. Clean and comfortable. The host, Neil, was very accessible whenever I had a questions. Close to smaller pool, and 2 min walk from clubhouse and mainpool. The condo setting is lovely with 12 pools and picturesque walkways with fountains and bougainvillea everywhere. Would love to return again and highly recommend.

Great location!

Location was excellent and villa was in great condition. The furnishings in the living and dining rooms could be updated. The 8 remotes in the living room were confusing. The pools and fitness center were all very nice. It would have been great to have onsite tennis courts available.

The perfect place to stay for a desert getaway...

Had an absolutely amazing time. The condo couldn't have been more perfect. 2 spacious master suites with spa like baths and a very nice 3rd bedroom with a bath across the hall. Perfect location. One of the community pools is just outside the door so it is almost like having your own private pool. Excellent TV's in every room especially the living room. Close to great golf. Neal the owner was so helpful and took such good care of us. We can't wait to go back...

Lower Level Unit - Great for Kids and Pets

This unit was the fourth that we’ve rented in Legacy Villas. The property is wonderful (location, beautiful, safe, great pools). If traveling with little ones, pets, or elderly, I highly recommend renting a lower level, such as this one. Plus this unit allows pets, which not all units do. Neal was great to communicate with and we enjoyed the condo. We will definitely be back!

Once again we had a lovely time!

This is our 3rd time staying at Legacy Suites, with this same owner, and we had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, well appointed, and close to the pool. More than enough space! Every day we would use the gym, and take the short walk to the Waldorf resort. Such a beautiful place. We wish we could have stayed longer. Already planning a 2 week stay next fall. We were also lucky enough to meet the owner, Neal, while we were there! Great guy.

Spacious, lovely, seamless rental!

My family of myself, my husband and 2 teenage boys (over 6 feet each) spend a lovely long weekend at this rental. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and needed a place to relax, unwind and nurse their tired bodies. The grounds are impeccable, parking was easy, and the rental experience went off without a hitch. The villa felt private, with lots of light and plenty of space for spreading out and finding a quiet moment. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We had a couple teammates over for dinner and games one night and it was a very comfortable experience entertaining more people. We use Homeaway quite often and have had great experiences, but this was our favorite spot so far! The community pool was fun but not over crowded. We will be back!

NOT AS ADVERTISED!

Property was definitely NOT as advertised. Supposed to house 8 people: two in each bed and two on a sofa bed. First thing we noticed was sofa bed was broken....in our case we had to put three people in the one king bed. Not to mention, a very uncomfortable sofa to sit on. Additionally, when we arrived (3:30 pm), the unit was still being cleaned....and, when finally ready, they had forgotten to wash the sheets on one bed! The kitchen was not functioning properly: the coffee pot was broken and the oven did not work. The dining room set had two broken chairs and the others were wobbly. Finally, there was a short in the wiring in the king master bedroom which sparked if you turned the lamp on. Severe fire danger. Needless to say, we unplugged and did not use the light. Although the owner was responsive to our calls, his reply was to simply put blame on past renters or staff. He actually said that most people never use the kitchen! The property where the unit is located is lovely and this owner has three units there. Personally, I would NEVER rent one of his units again as he apparently relies entirely on other people to monitor his properties and he took absolutely no responsibility for the tremendous inconveniences we experienced. This was a very special holiday trip for me and my children and it truly was spoiled. I am not new to renting through VRBO and have always had positive experiences in the past but this was a diaster!
