Perfect in every way

Joshua’s place is spectacular. You can relax by the pool on warm days, sit by the fire on cold nights, or just enjoy the scenery. It was a comfortable place stocked with everything you’d need. Highly recommend staying here.

Great Getaway - Beautiful Backyard and Mountain View

From the moment you walk in the door, you know it will be a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The place is decorated with a great modern style yet still has a homey feel. The backyard firepit, pool, and view are the absolute best. The house has everything you need and is close to downtown. Highly recommend.

Girls Gone Modernism!

We had an excellent week stay at this beautiful property for Modernism Week in Palm Springs. The house was perfect for our group and offered a well appointed kitchen and gorgeous backyard with heated pool. The location was perfectly situated for day-time shopping and architecture excursions as well as for quick uber rides downtown for dinners and drinks at night.The property manager met us at check-in and was responsive to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this home for your next Palm Springs adventure!

Comfortable Home with High-End Amenities

We had a wonderful holiday weekend stay at El Cenote. Communication with the owner and the property manager was excellent both before and during the stay. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, bakeware, appliances, and a large assortment of both indoor and outdoor glassware and dishware. Both bathrooms had Kiehl's toiletries, other small toiletries, and luxurious bath towels, and all 3 bedrooms had great linens, pillows, etc. The pool and backyard is expansive and had ample umbrellas (including 2 professional grade ones), lounge chairs, and dining and lounge areas. It is obvious that the owner cares about the guest experience. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
