Rooms are conveniently located, convenient parking. East Palm Canyon in this specific area has very little traffic so there is very little street traffic noise and overall it's comfortably quiet.

We checked in with Kim, but found the room AC wasn’t working. Went back to Kim and she got us in a new room with working AC. And a view of the mountain. Room was clean and comfortable. I thought the bed was a low point (seems old and squeaks)but I slept well. All in all a pleasant stay. Will be back!

Good location, and plenty of parking. Nice, friendly & helpful receptionist lady upon checking in. It was 4:45pm and my room was not ready yet (3pm checkin time), but she got me another room since I told her any room will be fine. I got room, but when I checked the water, it didn’t work at all, sink, shower but glad that the toilet worked. I went back to the office but no luck and informed that there is no one available can work on it today. I told her that I can come back around 8-9pm and hopefully will have one done. When I came back, I got another room. It was cleaned but the floor was uneven, the bathroom door was unable to close, and there are couple questionable red stains in bathroom. Plus there are several folks (call guys) hanging around the motel and asking folks. I gave 2 stars cause the lady was nice and the place 1. But it did it job, sleep & a quick shower since I left around 5am, so 8hrs stayed total.

First of all while waiting to get checked in, a guest called & said the shower head fell off. The girl at the front was scrambling to handle the phone call, try to get maintenance. Also trying to check in guests. Another man standing in line said his tv remote didn’t work. Finally i was being helped. Not feeling good about all that was going on. Get to the room it smelled, immediately opened the windows. Luckily i sprayed the room, using my lysol spray. Left the room to meet up to have dinner. Got back about 2 am. Room stilled smelled. Decided to charge my phone but plug in bathroom didn’t work. Only other plug was tv but i didn't want to mess with the plug. Frustrated just went to bed. The shower, are you kidding me. Unless your a child, it's not for a normal size adult. Got up & got the hell out of there. It's amazing to me how they jack up the prices due to an event going on. And don’t bother to fix things. The room didn’t just get a bad smell & the bathroom plug didn’t just happened. Wrote to corporate, what a joke. Motel 6 should be Motel 0. They don't care....

It was just ok . No shampoo or microwave. But the worst part was I wanted to be near Palm Springs. It says Palm Springs Palm Desert is 20 miles away. I wasn’t aware of that very inconvenient so I checked out that morning and didn’t say the second night and still haven’t been reimbursed I’ve been able to contact anybody
