Live the midcentury desert lifestyle in fantastic Canyon View Estates. Built in 1963, the Palmer & Krisel designed Mid-century Modern enclave has been featured in Don’t Worry Darling and fashion shoots. Featured on the 2025 Modernism Week Community Home Tour, this recently remodeled home is faithful to the time period but features upgrades for your comfort throughout.

This turnkey property is stylishly decorated to fit the era and features a unique, double-gabled roof that fills the living room with light and a wall of sliders that opens onto the patio and frames the breathtaking mountain views! There are 2 generously sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a den/dedicated office workspace, all featuring custom lighting, remote-controlled window shades and wood-bladed ceiling fans to add to the stylish décor. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is modern, features Wolf and Bosch appliances, and has open vistas to the living areas and the mountain views.

The wonderful private patio, steps away from the pool and spa area, is surrounded by expansive lawns and panoramic mountain views. Enjoy beautiful sunsets with drinks by the fire feature and al fresco dining with meals prepared on the gas barbecue. There is also a fully equipped laundry attached to the kitchen and ample storage throughout. The home is located in desirable South Palm Springs, minutes from downtown, walking distance to hiking trails, on many cycling routes, and adjacent to golf courses. All you can ask for! 30-day rental minimum. Available January-May (30-day minimum). Renter responsible for A/C usage over $200. Owner pays for gas, trash, HOA, water, and internet. No pets.

Property was very accurately described. Steps from pool with fabulous mountain views! A short walk to hiking trails which was a dream for me..Updated furnishings with high end details throughout. Would definitely return.
