Perfect Family House

This house met all our expectations for our family of 5. I have rented lots of houses and this house had best selection of supplies (kitchen ware, spices, plates, glasses, bath towels and pool towels). We got a text that house was ready an hour ahead of time which was a nice touch. The communication from property management was best i ever had. All via text except one call about internet which got resolved quickly. One of the management reps dropped off a bottle of champagne and cookies as a welcome on the 2nd day as well as the welcome snacks and waters that were available on arrival. The house was clean and everything in house was high end. (TVs, Stove, microwave, hot tub, bbq). The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. Everything was well labeled and instructions were generally quite clear. Location was 4 minutes to Walmart and other stores. It was a very quite area.
