Nice complex with heated pools, spas and pickle ball/ tennis courts People friendly, close to down town palm springs. Unit very clean, comfy and has everything you need. Great communication with owner. My husband and I stayed for 6 weeks. It was a great location

Spacious condo in great location

This condo is located in a well-maintained complex close to downtown Palm Springs. A grocery store, restaurants, and other amenities are within a short walk. The condo has everything you need for a long stay: pool towels, full set of cookware, sharp knives, etc. The bed has a comfortable memory foam mattress and the bathroom vanity has plenty of space/storage. We enjoyed the unit and would stay there again.

Clean, Cozy and Chic

Adam's place is a true gem. The location is convenient to downtown and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and groceries. The condo has all utensils and equipment you could need for a month's stay or more. The people in the complex are quite pleasant and friendly. Adam is very responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend.
