40th weekend get away

We looked for a quiet and comfortable place to have some time with friends from 3 different cities. This property has it all, from a grill to a pool and games. Easy to get to from the airport and close enough to the downtown area. Great place!

Hot but worth it!

We loved the house and amenities. Pool stayed cool even tho it was 115. And the kitchen was great for us to share and cook. Peaceful yet close to everything.

Girls Trip 2023

We absolutely loved our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were nice temps. The kitchen was fully equipped and the outdoor grill was an excellent perk. The property is close to everything, airport, downtown, restaurants, Ariel tram, etc. Our only minor complaint was that we were unable to watch the Chiefs’ game on the local channel. My girls and I had the best time reconnecting, unplugging and relaxing. We would definitely stay again!

Could have been better

The good: This house is very beautiful and new looking on the inside. I was very happy with the kitchen and it was very well equipped. The television in the main room is huge and the living space is great if you have a large group. Communication during the visit was good. The bad: Unfortunately, there was an ant infestation in the main bedroom and we were unable to use it. This was disappointing because the room in question was the largest with the double sinks in the bathroom and a nice television. We had to stay in a smaller room without a tv. This place needs a pest management company who comes regularly to help with the critters. I suggested it to them and requested some sort of refund for not being able to use the main bedroom/bathroom due to ant infestation. I was surprised that they only offered me a very small refund, barely a third of what I paid PER NIGHT plus all the taxes and fees, so I felt that refund was disappointing. I expected more and was not left with a good feeling about the property managers or the house itself. I would not stay here again because I do not feel they value their customers. There is no covered area out in the backyard which made it miserable in 117 degree heat. They really need to get some shade back there! If you stay here please take that into consideration. The remote control for the television was confusing, even with the directions. Location is pretty far from everything so keep that in mind.
