Great spot for a large group!!

Perfect spot for a family weekend! The pool and spa were nice to enjoy along with the large backyard and game room. Beds were comfortable, ample living space (didn’t feel cramped), nice to have laundry room, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, showers were hot with great water pressure, communication was amazing!!! Would highly recommend.

Nice House

House was practical for what we needed, lots of space and in a nice neighborhood. Overall the photos gave a little bit better impression than was reality - not sure "stunning oasis and resort style" are really accurate descriptors, but it was still nice. Four bedrooms were as advertised - perfect for a family with some inlaws and some kids. Comfortable living room and nice kitchen with dining room. Pool/hot tub was great, and outdoor area was large with a few different seating areas, but the furniture was in need of some serious updating. No basketball hoop. Pool only heated during daytime hours, so it never really felt as warm as desired.

Fantastic stay

Brent was an amazing host who answered all my questions instantly and did anything I asked once requested. The house/property was very well maintained and kept. The pool was fantastic for all ages!!

The outdoor amenities are great. The house was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The layout is a bit odd but you get used to it.

Great weekend Getaway

We traveled from the Midwest to meet our friends from California for the weekend at this great house. The kids (all 7) loved the pool area. The outside area was great for hanging out and eating our meals. A beautiful home, with a very responsive host.

Fantastic space exactly as advertised

This house was exactly what we were looking for for our friends and family getaway to California! It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Brent was a fantastic host and was great at communicating. We would definitely rent this space again!

Best Pool and Yard

Terrific house in a nice neighborhood. Well equipped!! Great big yard for kids to play plus a good sized pool. It had a basketball hoop too!! I would definitely rent this again!! The owner was extremely flexible!!

Comfy and Spacious home

We Absolutely loved the house and it's layout. It fit our families needs with the amount of bedrooms and the specious layout of the house. Loved Loved the backyard, kids had a blast. The beds were also very comfortable. Brent was a great host. We Will definitely go back to this property.

Great Family House

The house was lovely for our multigenerational family get together. The kids loved the pool, hot tub & ping pong table. Yard was spacious with lots of outdoor seating options. the big couch in the living room was perfect for watching football & movies...and every room had their own tv if people wanted to do their own thing. We had Thanksgiving dinner at the home and could have used more kitchen items like pyrex/corningwear and larger serving dishes & platters, but kitchen was otherwise well stocked for daily usage. Overall a nice place to stay for large falimiles.

Best Yard Ever!

This backyard is everything! There was so much space! We enjoyed badminton, cornhole, basketball and the pool is perfect! The layout of the house was a little odd for our family and friends, as there is no bathroom on one end of the house, but we managed just fine. The bonus playroom was perfect for the kids, the only wish they had was that there had been a pool table. We loved the neighborhood too. The house had no one behind or on the right of it so it’s very secluded. We liked having the safety of the guard gate as well.

Perfect house for multiple families

We had an amazing time. Clean, great communication with the owner, awesome pool, nice and safe community. In the Palm Springs/Indio area, you have to be cognitive about how much noise you are making outside (even during the day). But the great part about this house, is you have no one on one side of the house and no one in the behind the house.

Perfect weekend!!!

We had a wonderful weekend vacation here, the kids were entertained, our young adult children were entertained and finally me and my husband could relax without hearing “I’m bored” and we never had to leave so we weren’t bothered to buy stuff they don’t need lol, Brent answered all my questions fast and I love that I’m going home with no laundry to do because I was able to wash the clothes each day, it was a beautiful home with a perfect backyard❤️ Definitely will be going back again

Just the Escape We Needed!

My friends and I needed an escape from our busy lives to relax, and this property delivered! The pool is incredible and was where we spent almost all of our time. The inside slept the 10 of us comfortably and could easily sleep the max 12. The kitchen and grill were perfect for making dinners (with a Costco super close to the home). Brent, the property owner, was incredibly kind and responsive, and made us feel very welcomed. We all left our vacation recharged. We definitely plan to make this get together an annual event, and we hope we can come back here again! Thank you!

Relaxing fun stay!

We had a blast! We picked a super hot time to go but the indoor ping pong table and TV’s in every room were fantastic. Night swimming was so wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable.

Great house

The house is great! The house is large and spacious, with plenty of areas to sit and play. The backyard and pool area were amazing — very large for games and the pool was great, with plenty of seating in both shade and sun. Only feedback is that the house could use a few extra supplies in the kitchen. Overall, the house was great for our family getaway.
