The house was well-appointed and stayed cool in the warm weather. The pool and decks were amazing. We did have some issue with the internet, but the owner was helpful in attempting to troubleshoot. Would totally stay again!

I cannot think of enough superlatives to describe this house. Decor is beautiful, layout is terrific, kitchen is great, and the backyard is magnificent. You feel like you are in your own private resort.It is perfect for families. Paradise in Palm Springs

Villa Amelita did not disappoint! The moment we stepped inside the front door, we felt a strong sense of home. All 5 bedrooms were spacious with access to the incredible backyard. The beds and linens were all very comfortable. The kitchen and laundry rooms were exceptionally equipped. Everyone loved gathering at the oversized island for breakfast and cocktail hour. The grounds were manicured and we all enjoyed many hours in the pool, on the putting green and playing cornhole. Such a perfect spot for a family, group of friends, or in our case, a mix of both attending our son’s wedding! Shout out to Manager Reginia and Host, Clare who made our stay such a seamless and memorable one! We can’t wait to return!

Great getaway in a perfect Palm Springs location

This place is a gem. It feels comfortable and homey - great for a group of friends. It easily sleeps 10 people with lots of private and groups spaces. All the amenities you need for a week away with friends. Easy walk to several restaurants and a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The real gem here was the owner and managers. Clare was very responsive and a great communicator. She was awesome and made us feel at home right away. We also met Regenia who made the check-in super simple, a real sweetheart. Guarantee: we will stay here again.

Repeat stay at Villa Amelita

Having had a previous stay during the holidays, our family elected to return to this wonderful property that had plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with bathrooms that were spotless. We also enjoyed time in the hot tub, relaxing during our holiday break. We made many fine meals and snacks in the spacious kitchen. The host was easily accessible throughout our stay and answered questions very quickly. Overall, this was a great stay once again and I highly recommend.

We stayed in this place, I, a grandmother, with two adult children and their families. The place is stocked well with two washers and dryers. Everything worked properly and ample space. The location was very central to many activities and restaurants. We would not hesitate to come back again.

Amazing girls weekend

Our group of college friends had the absolute best time celebrating our 50th birthdays at this property. Clare provided great communication and ideas for our trip. The layout of the house was perfect with tons of beautiful outdoor space. The location was perfect for accessing everything Palm Springs has to offer. We highly recommend it, and we will be back!

We (8 of us) went to PSP and stayed at Villa Amelita in the Little Tuscany neighborhood. This was a retirement trip and the majority of us are L/E. Clare was awesome and very responsive - we were able to check in early. The property was beautiful and the pool a welcome since the lowest temp for our stay was 99 degrees! I personally love the heat! We walked every day in the neighborhood and everyone is so friendly! Loved the property - thank you for a great time!

Lovely Home in Little Tuscany

We are 3 couples who travel to Palm Springs every year. Via Amelita is a beautiful property that we will return to in 2025. It boasts 4 bedrooms with en-suite baths, a well appointed chef’s kitchen, a separate casita that we used as our “office” and an expansive outdoor pool and spa area. Clare, the owner is by far the most responsive host that we have ever encountered during all of our years using VRBO. We had a slight issue heating the spa and she took care of it immediately. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, but very close to stores, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend for a vacation in the desert.
