Beautiful yard

The house was very nice, but the yard was the real deal!! It was so beautiful - lovely pool, hot tub, fire pit, hammock! Paradise!

Fun stay

The house was a great space for 4 girls. We loved the style of the home and each of us having our own bedrooms. The pool area/ backyard was our favorite space. It was easy communicating with the property and got responses right away. It was a great stay.

Great for staycation

I booked this house for a staycation with some of my friends to celebrate my 33rd birthday. The home was awesome, pool was great, and views were to die for. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive. Will definitely comeback for future staycations!

Palm Springs Getaway

It was me and my adult children and we had a wonderful time. Despite the 117 degrees the pool splendid. The house was just as described and very nice, met all of our needs. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend this property!

Great find!

We enjoyed staying at this property in Palm Springs. Everything is close by and easy to get to by car. It is on the flight path for the airport, but it isn't that busy and we found it entertaining. The layout lends itself nicely for hanging out with friends and having a good time together. We were sad to leave when check-out time came.

Fantastic Retreat

Booked this house for my daughter’s 30th birthday. Was super happy I did. Even with the 111 degree weather the pool was refreshing and cool. The house was just as described and all of the rooms were comfortable and well stocked.

Comfortable get away

The property has a nice features, both bedrooms had private entrance to back deck. The loft feature was nice. The kids enjoyed the Birds Eye view from above. The fenced in yard was a joy for the pet babies. Definitely will look into other properties with host.

Perfect home

This was such a great house! Perfect location and thoughtfully decorated. The backyard was the perfect outdoor space to relax and hang out by the pool. My one feedback is about the heated pool. We paid extra to have the pool heated one day and it didn’t get warm until about 3pm. Once it was warm it fabulous but I wish we could have enjoyed the heated pool earlier in the day.

Girls Trip

Overall, our stay was lovely and this property is great. As listed, it is directly in the flight path, so if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. The planes start at 5:20am! We added pool heat to our reservation and unfortunately, there was a technical issue and neither the pool or the hot tub heat was working. The host was very responsive and in the end, refunded our heating cost. Something to note that is not in the listing. The pool and the hot tub are not able to be heated at the same time, so you are choosing either pool heat or hot tub. You are able to switch between, apparently. Since it wasn't working during our stay, I can't speak to how that works. The digital house manual was very helpful when we were trying to trouble shoot the issue. Also good to note, they allow you to park in the garage, so that was a great perk to help keep our car cooler.

Ladies Golf Escape: Comfie & many nearby great golf courses

Our golf foursome rented this home for 5 nights, there was plenty of room to store our clubs. Safe neighborhood. Each of us had their own bedroom and the three bathrooms made getting ready a breeze however a few more towels would be good. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Backyard was wonderful, so many places to sit and enjoy good weather. There is a fee for heating the swimming pool, but not for the hot tub. Nice fire pit outside too. Operating instructions for amenities were provided, but scattered in various informational sheets. Adding all instructions to the home manual would be helpful. For instance, it wasn't until night 3 that we 'found' instructions on how to use the fire pit. All four of us would rent the home again without hesitation.

A true desert escape!

The hosts were extremely easy to get in touch with via the app inbox. The house was very clean, decorated nicely, well-stocked, and the backyard was beautiful and fun. It worked out really well for us as we had young children and 2 dogs. The location was convenient but you do have to drive to get around. Having 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms to spread out in was perfect for our group. We appreciated all the pool toys, board games, and the silent disco was a hit with everyone! The pool was heavily used by the 7-year-old but we did heat it up one of the days for everyone. The spa got hot nice and quickly, though! There were one or two discrepancies between the info on Vrbo, the home guide, and when asking directly—such as, you cannot park in or even open the big garage door. It was also really dark and dusty in there so we couldn’t enjoy the ping-pong table. Maybe a few toys for kids other than board games and outdoor toys would be nice. There were lots of TV streaming options but we try to limit screen time! Oh, and one of the cabinet doors in the kitchen was missing a screw. I think the one with the cups and glasses. Overall this was a great place with easy-to-reach hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Palm Springs: tram to Mount Jacinto, lots of vegan dining and drinking, drove up to Miracle Springs, shopped for vintage clothes, walked around the neighborhood at night, downtown stuff, mid century modern driving self-tour, & hang out at our nice home for 4 days!

Good communication from the host. Good location of the home in a quiet neighborhood close to stores and downtown Palm Springs. Easy checkin. Gorgeous backyard. Nice home. Primary bedroom and bathroom did not cool down like the rest of the house and was very warm throughout our stay, despite us using the fans. The bathrooms lack fans and a/c vents. The kitchen needs more silverware for the number of guests the home can accommodate.

Birthday Trip

Great house! We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday with our two young kids and small dog in Palm Springs. The house had everything we needed and was exactly like the pictures and description. We really enjoyed the saltwater pool and hot tub with the amazing mountain views, and are glad we requested the pool heating. As noted in the description, the house is very close to the airport so planes fly over pretty low all day long. We didn't mind it (the kids found it fascinating) but it's worth noting that it's pretty loud and frequent. It's very close to grocery stores, and also not far from downtown Palm Springs and the aerial tramway. The host was great with communication and responding to messages in a timely manner. Overall, it was a very fun trip and we would definitely stay here again!

Pickleball Masters

This house was perfect! Clean, comfortable, darling decorated. Pool and back yard we’re our favorite. Our grandkids came over every single day to swim and spend time with Mimi and Papa. Kitchen is well stocked with everything necessary to entertain. The owners were AMAZING…not at all intrusive, but always available when we needed something (like the pool heat I failed to organize lol my bad). One quick text and it was sorted. Went to need that night and had a warm pool the next day. The house is very centrally located; close to everything but still in a quiet residential neighborhood, only about 10 minutes from the airport. We were in Palm Springs to watch my husband play in the Pickleball Masters…we’ll be back again for the next tournament and will definitely rent here next time.

Couldnt wait to leave

As I stood in the shower the final morning watching the ants climb the wall AGAIN for the third straight day, I finally hit my breaking point. This was definitely not a good experience.. between the bugs, the gross pool, the disgusting outdoor furniture, the master bedroom that was incredibly hot w little AC, the uncomfortable beds and the overflowing outdoor trash cans. The master bedroom was unbearably hot. The weather was unusually warm, but that is expected in the destert. We couldnt even use the room because it was way too hot. Whoever is managing this property is obviously not doing their job I did notify the host about the pool and they promptly sent someone to rectify the pool situation, however we lost two of the 3 pool days because of it. The pool was green w algae and dirty. The pool guy told us he didn't show up the past week due to personal issues., however i would have expected the property manager to go by to check on it before guests arrived. Couldn't wait to leave!!!
