This splendid home away from home boasts an extensive enclosed backyard with a serene desert landscape, a sparkling outdoor pool with a spill-over pool spa, a partially covered patio with an outdoor dining area, and a gas grill. This spot is ideal for entertaining - let your guests relax and cool down in the pool while you surprise them with delicious barbecued treats! Then, you all can unwind around the dining table or break out your favorite board games.

Inside, an air-conditioned split floor plan welcomes you with the main suite on one side of the home and guest bedrooms on the opposite side. Spread out comfortably in the tranquil living area featuring an inviting sofa and a smart TV with streaming services. The well-appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, abundant cabinets, two coffee makers (drip and Nespresso), and gorgeous quartz countertops. The primary suite features a smart TV, a working desk, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. Additional perks include a washer/dryer.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
