We had a lovely stay, but found it hard to "figure out" the rhythm of the place. Every time I asked a staff member a question, there was never a confident answer. They were timid and unsure...but very friendly!

Holiday Inn Phoenix-Mesa/Chandler by IHG
We were extremely happy with our room, which was clean and comfortable. All staff was kind, helpful, and courteous! Shout out to Raul, who was Amazing! The grounds/pool were cleaned every morning, but with baseball tournaments in the area it was a difficult task to keep up! No complaints!

SECURITY DEPOSIT FRAUD Upon checking in we noticed damage to a lamp and reported it to the owner over the phone (as this is an apartment complex and they rent out apartments so there is no front desk). This was a great stay for our large group. The host was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Highly recommend getting the pool heated as it was a big hit for our group. Would love to come back and stay at this property in the future.
