This is a wonderful hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, room was big and bed very comfortable, AC in our room was excellent. Hotel has a good gym and the parking garage was easy to navigate. I will definitely be staying here again on future visits.

I travel around the world for business, and this hotel has a bad customer service. There’s a lack of training and leadership. Towels and bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. Restaurant food was the worst and expensive for the quality offered. I’m not coming I don’t recommend HPlus hotel. Bad customer service will keep people from returning to this place. When I booked this place it was the most expensive hotel in town, that’s why I booked, expecting the best of Palmas, but was disappointed.

Hotel excelente, funcionários muito atenciosos. A única nota dissonante foi o restaurante terceirizado. Apesar dos funcionários serem muito atenciosos, o restaurante parecia abandonado: iluminação inadequada, itens de decoração (nas paredes) ausente, guardanapos de papel estilo lanchonete, ambiente fora do padrão do hotel. Jantamos apenas uma vez no restaurante, mas a experiência foi ruim, embora a comida estivesse boa. O hotel deveria investir em um arquiteto para deixar o ambiente mais aconchegante e reavaliar a subutilização do espaço. Iríamos convidar amigos para jantar, mas desistimos. Uma pena!
