“Several issues that concern me. When I arrived I had asked for a room on a lower level. I was told that no changes could be made. My wife and I are in our 70’s and we were put on the third floor with no elevator. I was informed that because we didn’t request directly through this lodge again no changes could be made but she never looked at the computer screen to see. Next, we were there 10 days and our room was supposed to be cleaned every three days. That never happened. It was partially……

“Great place to stay for family. This isn't family operated inn. The rooms are clean and very nicely decorated in local Alaskan themes. The breakfast is yummy with home cooked plates.”

“I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean”
