- The homeowner lives on-site in a separate unit about 75 feet away and may be present during your stay, however, the owners maintain guest privacy during reservations
- There is another vacation rental on-site in a separate unit that shares the fire pit and picnic area
- The property does not have air conditioning
- The grill is available seasonally
- The seasonal outdoor furniture is available starting April 1st and not available during the winter
