Great place to stay. Owners were very accommodating . Room was clean and pillows very comfortable. Highly recommend Steaming Tender Restaurant for a bite to eat and Antique Mall nextdoor to Inn is worth a visit.

The room was clean. It was a very noisy stay. There’s a lot of road noise and we could hear every move the people above us made. Stay includes muffins but none were left when we went out. Never saw a staff person - key was left at desk and we returned it to an unstaffed desk

Very cute place decorated around the railroad train theme which was very appealing to me personally. Nice to have some outdoor seating after a long car ride. Easy self check in due to clear instructions. Property and room were well maintained. Muffins and yogurt were provided for breakfast the next morning. Cute quiet place to stay. Room was cozy with nice decor, bedding and fresh water left for us. I would definitely stay here again.

This inn is charming. There is a fantastic restaurant within walking distance and the innkeeper was fast and responsive when we needed more towels. I would greatly recommend this inn.

We enjoyed our spacious room and its train-related decor. Our bed was very comfortable and the muffins were a treat. The inn keepers communicated all the information we needed for our stay. We'll return the next time we're in the area.

The inn was very clean and comfortable, we had a great time, staying at the inn, looking at the history of the location as well the old photographs on the wall, also, I would recommend the restaurant that they also own that is steaming tender restaurant. What a beautiful historic building as well staff and food was great. Also I wanted to shout out to the Palmer restaurant if you’re looking for breakfast a nice small place with great food and the owners were great.

I couldn’t be happier with my stay. Everything was perfect and I love the train theme of the inn. The inn is very clean and the accommodations were excellent. The Steaming Tender restaurant located within easy walking distance from the inn will not disappoint and is a must see. The restaurant is located in the old train station and has been masterfully restored. The food is very good and the atmosphere is spot on if you’re a fan of trains. These places should be on your list of things to check out when your visiting Palmer, Massachusetts!
