When I contacted the hotel a couple times for my reservation, and asked if there is a front desk person to assist with my check in, the two person who answered my calls kept saying that they cannot find my reservation. After over hour waiting at the front of the hotel at a 49 degrees cold weather at 11:00 pm they finally said that they found it and someone handed me the key to my room.

Easy parking and a quick walk to the supermarket or takeout spots. The lady who oversees this place is lovely and was able to let me into my room early, which I really appreciated. The room is warm and comfy with plenty of room. I have stayed here before and will again.
