Great location. Good tidy units. Very much suits professionals and singles/couples travelling. Apparently they can accommodate pets, if you request a leve 2 unit. Staff were very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be returning there when in Palmy again.

Great location on the Square. Room had a great view. Good sized room. Good, friendly housekeeping service. Bed in Room 509 OK but not great. Needs better pillows. Too thin. Close to restaurants and pubs. Would stay there again.

Very close to the Square and the venue for a wedding we attended in P Nth. Room 308 has one very tiny window in the lounge but no windows in bedroom or bathroom. Car park area needs a good clean and junk removed.

our one bedroom executive suite looked nothing like the pictures on the web page. Also no bath when website said all I bdrm executive suites had baths. Bed rather than second 2 seater couch in living room Front desk not at all helpful when we spoke to them. Knife with food on it in drawer when we arrived. Washer dryer broken so not available for use Rubbish bin not emptied although full. Shower nozzle would not stay up. Soap dispenser ran out while I was in the shower

Great location but rooms need attention

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms offer all that you need for a short stay. But needs some attention. Cleanliness- Light switches and surrounds, skirting, tile grout and bathroom expel air cover all need cleaning. There has been some maintenance done on this room but it has not been finished - Paint the door jam that has been replaced, sand the holes that have been filled in wall. The new toilet seat is great but the lid won’t stay open when used. The mattress needs replacing as we experienced major roll together. The draws don’t close. The tired stained couch in the hall way, no one sits on a couch at the end of a hallway, should be removed and disposed off.

Room was fine enough, but definitely dated. All of the curtains were broken (so wouldn't stay in place and actually serve as black out curtains), bed was actually horrific, and aircon didn't work the first night. I advised the front desk that it wasn't working but they didn't come to fix it until I followed up - turned out to be an error message, but spent a night sweating for no reason (windows don't open, so aircon is the only option for cooling down room). Other than that it was fine.

Comfortable stay

A comfortable unit with good shower and comfortable bed. Parking isn't free and and around the back of the hotel in a dark dingey area that we didn't feel safe in at night. Free breakfast was a pre packaged muffin, protein bar, fresh fruit and juice.

Good stay.

It was a pleasant 2 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. The only thing i complain was the fridge doesnt work. But its not a big deal for us because we eat out and its only a short stay. Its good that its accessible to anything. The mall is just around the corner. Lots.of restaurant around the area.
