“Sorry to give a negative review but maybe it will be cause for improvement by management.The room was clean and appeared to be recently upgraded. However, it was supposed to be a non-smking room but has a very strong odor of previous smoking. The air conditioner was ancient and did a fair job but was LOUD. “Waited 30 minutes for staff to check in no one came so we left to go eat dinner. Came back and waited 5 minutes for staff to come out of office to check in. Pool was closed ( one reason we booked). Breakfast was ok. Muffins were hard, eggs bland so breakfast was ok. Shower pressure sucked! Room was nice and comfortable but got hot in middle of night.”
