「This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. 」

They had yougurt, pastries, oatmeal, cereal and milk, but also packaged sausage biscuits and waffles that could be warmed up along with coffee and juice. The room was a good size for a double room. We appreciated the microwave and mini fridge/freezer combo. The walk to the beach is just seconds and you don’t have to find parking which is the cherry on top! 「I believe the part of the hotel we stayed in was not part of the newer renovated rooms, the room we had was comfortable and very clean. The room was small and the bathroom was very tiny, but since it was just my husband and I it was adequate. We only stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable! I would definitely stay again but if I were staying multiple days I'd get a bigger room. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and welcoming! The air conditioner worked very well and the water...

「Breakfast menu was great. Area was very clean and staff attentive. Room was fine but I don't know why we were in a room obviously made for wheelchair access」

「Staying here is mainly for the location. It needs a huge makeover as far as how old it is with the rusted beams holding up the second and third floors. The dresser and nightstand drawers smell like mildew. The plunger and toilet cleaning brush looked dirty sitting in the bathroom. Staff was helpful, easy check in and parking, not their fault the hotel is old and needs a major facelift. The location is great though and walking distance to the beach and restaurants.」

「Reserved a handicapped room. Arrived and the elevator was not working. Why have handicapped rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor? Arrived at room 230 to find the toilet not working. The water had been shut off! House keeping got the water turned on. Only to find the fitting was leaking. Unable to fix so they provided towels. By 4:00 the entire room was covered in 1/2 water. Unacceptable! 」

「Inside the hotel didn't seem like Hilton Garden Hotel like others I've stayed at. Not as nice as the others.」

「I was very pleased the moment I walked in with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff as well as the aesthetic my suite. It was spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that there were some crumbs and little bit of trash in the floor and couch that were overlooked but not terrible enough for me to care. I will definitely be choosing this location for my next stay.」
