Your private rooms just steps away from the Stanford University. Your space has private living room and Kitchen. The 2 bedroom has an individual entrance and has a spacious front yard. Your space has individual entrance. The two bedroom are connected, but can locked from both side. There will be other tenants live same floor with you, but they do have their private entrance. Two connected bedrooms means one person would have to walk through another persons bedroom to go to the bathroom. This house has two sunny bedrooms, a comfortable and spacious living room, and a sun room with fully open windows that can also be used as a bedroom. It is also very suitable for yoga meditation. Each room can enjoy the outdoor scenery of the yard surrounded by green plants and flowers. It can accommodate six people at the same time. It is a super cost-effective luxury suite with a walking index of 96 points and a very advantageous location! The washer and dryer are outside of the building, in the front yard. The washer only has cold water.
