「The room was very clean. The service was phenomenal. They legitimately care about their guests and unfortunately, that's rare nowadays. They've earned my loyalty and when i return, I'm happy to stay with them yet again. 」

「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」
