Apartment located in a quiet residential complex, just 400 m from the lovely and peaceful beautiful beach of Pals. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!



The apartment is set in a very quiet communal area with garden, pool and garage. This flat is on the first with lift and it has a maximum capacity of 6 people. You will find a living room with tv and direct access to a large terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy nice meals in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, cutlery, pans and washing machine. There are also 1 bedroom with one double bed (150x190cm), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (80x180cm) and 2 bathrooms with bathtub. Pets not allowed.

Apartment for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age not accepted.



The long, sandy beach of Pals is ideal for the whole family, for practicing water sports, walking, resting or contemplating the landscape, the waves and the views of the Medes Isles in the distance . To the north, you will find Platja del Grau, a serene, quiet beach with shallow water and fine golden sand. To the south, Platja Gran, which is deeper with coarser sand.

Bien et tranquille

L'appartement est bien agencé dans une résidence sympa à 2 minutes à pied de la plage dans un petit hameau très tranquille. Nous y sommes allés fin mai, la période estivale n'avait pas encore commencé donc l'ambiance était paisible et pas tous les commerces encore ouverts. L'appartement est propre mais un peu vieillot, la salle de bain a le plafond qui s'écaille, et le mobilier est désuet, le matelas est un peu trop ferme mais ça reste confortable et ça dépend des goûts de chacun sinon l'appartement est propre dans l'ensemble et la terrasse est agréable . Attention à ne pas claquer la porte avec le double des clés derrière, vous seriez condamnés à attendre le serrurier (envoyé par l'agence). Dans l'ensemble, les vacances ont été très sympa et Pals est un joli petit village qui vaut le détour, et pas loin de grandes villes.
