"The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Such a pleasant check in experience. Ample parking so I was able to park close to the nearest entry closest to my room. Plenty of amenities on site as well as nearby. The room was provided with plenty of towels and washcloths as well as pillows for the bed. Overall, an enjoyable stay and highly recommended. "

"Clean property with recently renovated rooms and comfortable beds. In our room, we were stuck with cable as the smart TV functions were not working. The breakfast is decent but doesn't have as many offerings as other hotels I've been to. Rooms are accessed from the outside which means it was a bit noisy. Great place to stay for the price overall, though."

"Clean, beautiful space with amazing views! James texted us before our arrival and was very responsive to our questions. Furniture and bed very comfortable and the tv was huge and easy to use with a number of streaming channels immediately available. Nice sound system, good parking. Very relaxing way to spend time and watch traffic on the river as well as the superb sunrise and sunset! The host provided a few great snacks. If you want to cook, you should know there are no spices in the kitchen and the kitchen is perhaps better suited to simple things like pasta or eggs or heating up carryout rather full cooking because there is not a mixer or things like that. But two coffee makers and we really had no complaints whatsoever and may do with what was there to make a pie. We really look forward to the next time that we can stay and see the river, which when you live in Louisville, you don’t get to see that easily. Also at James was available throughout the day for any questions. There were plenty of sheets and blankets and plenty of supplies. We stay in vacation homes a lot and this is one of the best houses! "

"Very nice place for a large group getaway, plenty of space for kids to play, numerous activities in the house, poker and theatre rooms are very nice. We enjoyed our three night stay, attractions in Louisville are easy to access from this location. "
