The good things first: the accommodation is very close to the entrance to the UNESCO site and having a balcony was really nice. The service was always very friendly. Unfortunately the faucet didn't work properly and the shower wasn't in quite good conditions either. The room had a fridge and a hot water kettle, the latter was in a very bad condition. Luckily the reception was very kind and lent us another one. Overall I think Pamukkale must be overran with tourists, maybe that's the reason for the condition.. OK place but next time I would stay somewhere else.

We had a setback with our transportation, we notified the hotel that we would arrive late and they responded that if we did not show up before midnight we would lose our reservation and of course the payment that we had made well in advance. We had to look for another hotel. Because of the above, I classify it as unfriendly.

Bu otelde ailecek bir gece konakladık. Her iki odada da sifon çalışmıyordu. Sifonun çalışmadığı söylenmesine rağmen bu duruma bir çözüm bulunmadı. Odamızdaki klimanın kumandası yoktu. Resepsiyonda birini bulamadığımız için kumanda temin edemedik. Odalar vasat idi. Yaşadığımız sorunlara çözüm bulunmadığı, ilgi alaka zayıf olduğu için tavsiye etmiyoruz.

Personale molto disponibile e competente anche per consigli sull'itinerario nelle vicinanze. Rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile considerando che l'hotel è a 5 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso ai travertini di Pamukkale, Hierapolis e terme di Cleopatra. Bagno così così e un piccolo problema alla porta che andava sul balconcino esterno, ma niente di grave.

Odalar siz çıkana kadar temizleniyor ve giriş yapıldığında da çok temiz sayılmaz, banyoda herşey paslı, klima çalışmıyor, televizyon çalışmıyor. Aynı zamanda binanın arka bahçesine bakan tarafta club, bar tarzı biryer var gece 3-4 sıralarına kadar müzik çalıyor ve uyuyamiyorsunuz.

Resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok kibardı, herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamdık giriş ve çıkışta. Odalar maalesef bize göre bakımsızdı. Duş sıcak suya ayarlandığında tazyiksiz ve az akıyordu. Pikeler tam kurumadan serilmiş gibiydi dolayısı ile odada nem hissiyatından uyuyamadık. Ancak fiyat ve performans açısından değerlendirilecek olursa normaldi.
